Your privacy, kept simple

We collect as little as possible: just what we need to send you your tickets and let you in.

What we ask for

• Name: shown on your ticket and at the door.
• Email: your tickets are sent here and you can use it to recover them.
• Phone / WhatsApp: optional. Only if you want to receive your ticket link there.

We never ask for your address, date of birth or ID.

How we use it

• To create, send and check your tickets.
• To contact you about your order, for example if an event changes.
• To show the organizer who is coming, so they can run the door. Organizers can see the name, email and phone of the people who bought tickets for their own events, and nobody else's.
• For news about future events only if you tick the box at checkout. You can say no and still buy tickets.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Ticket data is kept for a limited time after the event, then deleted or anonymised. Basic order records (amounts and dates) may be kept longer where required for accounting.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or stop receiving messages, by contacting the organizer of your event or us through the contact details on this site.

Security

Tickets use long random codes that cannot be guessed. The site is served over HTTPS and passwords of organizers are stored hashed.
