Terms of sale
Terms of sale
The short version of how buying a ticket works on Dragon Tickets.
Who sells the ticket
Each event is created and run by its organizer. Dragon Tickets provides the platform that sells and checks the tickets. The organizer is responsible for the event itself.
Your ticket
- Each ticket has a unique QR code and works for one entry.
- Keep your ticket private. Whoever scans it first gets in, and a copy will be refused.
- Tickets that need payment become valid once the payment is confirmed. Unpaid orders are released after the hold time shown on your order page.
Prices and fees
Prices are shown in XCG. If a service fee applies, it is shown before you confirm your order.
Refunds and changes
Unless the law says otherwise, tickets are non-refundable. If an event is cancelled, the organizer decides on refunds and will contact ticket holders. If the date or venue changes, your ticket stays valid.
At the event
The organizer's house rules and the law apply at the venue. Entry can be refused if the rules are not followed, or if a ticket is invalid.
Questions
